Digicel offers a range of services to best suit the needs of our customers. These services can only be added by you or if you make a request via a service representative. You may also have “one-off” charges such as installation fees.
You can view your invoices by logging into your Business Portal account. There you will be able to see all of the charges incurred on your account(s).
The following services are examples of services that can affect your Mobile bill amount:
- One Rate Roaming Plan and any associated usage from roaming
- Caribbean Roaming Pass and any associated usage from roaming
- Credit U and 6411
- Handset purchases
- Credit Limit & Plan adjustments
You should also note that if your plan has an allotment of minutes, data and SMS messages and your usage exceeds these amounts, or any fair usage policy is quoted, any such additional charges will be reflected in your bill. Further, if you roam without activating a roaming plan, such additional charges will also be reflected on your bill. Factors such as these will result in your bill being higher than expected.
