What lights are you seeing on your Digicel Router?
The only lights you should be seeing would be green. If you are seeing any flashing red lights on your device, then this could mean there is a loss of service. Please ensure all your cables are connected firmly to the router in this instance. If the red lights were still flashing on the router, you would need to contact our Digicel Fibre Support Team
How are you trying to connect to the ONT? – Wired/Wirelessly
If you are connected via a wired connection, ensure the connection is on LAN PORT 1 or LAN PORT 2 on the ONT as ports 3 and 4 are disabled by default. Ensure all LAN cables are connected properly to the ONT / external Equipment. If you are connecting wirelessly, refer to wireless troubleshooting tips previously outlined in this document.
Are you using any additional routers that are connected to our device? –
To eliminate any possible points of failure, connect directly to the HUAWEI router (Digicel provided router) to troubleshoot.
