The unlimited Rollover offers you unlimited rollover data and voice bundles while on an active Quick Pick plan or selected Postpaid plans.
Customers will be able to rollover ALL unused:
- Voice minutes
How do I qualify as a Prepaid Customer?
As a prepaid customer, you can access the unlimited rollover and talk enhancement feature by activating a Quick Pick bundle via the MyDigicel app, Website or by dialing *323#.
Is there an additional cost for accessing the unlimited rollover enhancement feature?
There is no additional cost to access the unlimited rollover feature as this is now offered as part of the Quick Pick and postpaid plans.
When does the rollover bundle expire?
Rollover bundles do not expire and there is no cap on the number of times your bundle plan can rollover as long as a Quick pick plan is renewed or repurchased.
How do I discontinue this service?
Once a plan has been activated, it cannot be canceled. Customers have the option of opting out of the renewal prompt, by using the MyDigicel app or by dialing *323#.
Will my rollover balance be used first?
Once a customer's unused data or voice bundle rolls over, it will reflect on their account as one balance. This means that rollover balance will not be differentiated from the balance of the new plan.
What happens if my bundle is depleted before it expires?
A new Quick Pick bundle is to be purchased once the current benefits are depleted.
As a postpaid customer, how do I access this service?
Unlimited rollover and talk enhancement is automatic once you’re on a select Postpaid plan and you pay your bill on time.
You can view how many minutes and data you have used during a particular cycle and how much has rolled over on your invoices, available via our Business Portal.
