To enable or disable your voicemail password:
Step 1. Dial 123 from your mobile phone
Step 2. Enter your voicemail password.
Step 4. Select option 4 to enable (add) or disable (remove) your voicemail password.
Step 5. Select option 1 to enable or disable password.
If you've disabled your password, you will not be prompted to enter one once you dial 123.
For your enabled password, more than five failed attempts will result in your voicemail box being restricted. If you forget your password, contact Corporate Care at 600 from a Digicel handset, 18682996600 from any device or submit a request to https://digicelgroupbusiness.freshdesk.com/support/home
For security purposes, you will still be required to enter your password when you are roaming or accessing your mailbox from another phone.
