Step 1. Go to the Home page.
Step 2. Scroll to the bottom to "Payments and Invoices".
Step 3. Select "Invoice Details".
Step 4. The 3 most recent invoices are available online. Click the download arrow to download a PDF of your bill.
Step 5. To view an invoice prior to 3 months, click "support tickets" and request the desired invoice by logging a ticket.

I have a negative figure on my payment graph, what does that mean?
Negative dollar values reflect either a rebate, a payment reversal, or a discount. To see the details of that amount, click “payment details”. For more information on understanding the Payment and Invoice graph, click here.
